Can I have my autographed item customized?
Yes! Items available for autographs/customizations are noted in the descriptions. You may include any notes for the customization in the notes at checkout. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on Adam’s travel schedule.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the world! Please note, customer/recipient is responsible for any and all additional charges incurred during import/customs process by their home country. We are NOT able to mark shipments as “Gifts.”
When will my order ship?
Generally orders are shipped out once every week.
What is your cancellation/exchange/return policy?
While we want everyone to be happy, please understand that all sales are final and we are not able to cancel orders, process exchanges, accept returns or issue refunds.
